Forster
If you're building precision ammunition for your 260 Remington rifle, a quality full length sizing die is foundational to consistent, accurate handloads. The Forster Products Full Length Sizing Die for 260 Rem (6.5-08) is engineered to produce concentric rounds repeatedly—critical for shooters who demand tight groups at distance or on the competition line. Forster's reputation in the reloading community stems from meticulous manufacturing: each die is machined from premium steel to exacting tolerances, then hand polished before and after heat treatment for a superior finish that resists wear and galling.
What sets Forster full length sizing dies apart is attention to the details that matter. The Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring tightens by compressing both ends of the split ring rather than driving a screw into the die threads—this design reduces stress on the die itself and holds a more stable setup in your press. The E-Z Out Expander button is positioned higher in the neck than conventional designs, providing support and alignment as you withdraw the sized case. This geometry keeps case necks concentric and the case body centered during the neck-expanding operation, translating to more uniform neck tension and better case-to-case consistency.
Whether you're handloading for a precision hunting rifle, a target gun, or a long-range competition platform, this sizing die will help you produce ammunition that performs. Forster dies are built for reloaders who understand that ammunition quality compounds precision—and that shortcuts in the loading process show up downrange.

A full length sizing die resizes the entire cartridge case—body, shoulder, and neck—back to factory dimensions. This is essential for 260 Rem brass that will be fired in different rifles or reused across multiple loadings, as it ensures the case will chamber reliably and consistently in your rifle.
The E-Z Out button is positioned higher in the neck than standard designs, which supports the case neck and keeps it centered on the case body during the expansion stroke. This alignment reduces run-out (wobble) in the neck and promotes uniform neck tension, both of which contribute to more consistent velocities and tighter groups.
The listing describes the full length sizing die for 260 Rem equipped with Forster's Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring and E-Z Out Expander button. For details on what accessories or additional components are included, please contact Bosque Outdoors directly.
Forster dies use standard 7/8" x 14 TPI threads and work with most single-stage and progressive presses. If you have questions about compatibility with your specific press, our team can help confirm fitment.
