Forster
The Forster Products Inc 6mm ARC full length sizing die is purpose-built for reloaders developing precision loads for modern intermediate rifle cartridges. If you're working up ammunition for a 6mm ARC build—whether for precision rifle competition, long-range hunting, or tactical applications—a quality full length sizing die is foundational to consistent, concentric cases that feed reliably and perform predictably downrange. Forster's reputation in precision reloading equipment stems from exacting manufacturing standards and thoughtful engineering that solves real problems at the loading bench.
This die is manufactured from high-grade steel and machined to tight tolerances, then hand polished before and after heat treatment to ensure a superior finish that resists wear and corrosion through years of use. The Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring design tightens both ends of the split ring rather than relying on a single screw threaded into the die itself—a smarter approach that distributes pressure evenly and holds your die securely in the press without risk of thread damage.
The integrated E-Z Out Expander button is positioned in the upper neck area where it provides structural support during the expanding stroke. This purposeful placement maintains case neck concentricity and holds the case axis in alignment as you withdraw the sized case from the die. That attention to detail translates into rounds that chamber smoothly, shoot more consistently, and demand less adjustment run to run.

A full length sizing die resizes the fired case back to SAAMI spec dimensions across the entire cartridge—body, shoulder, and neck. For 6mm ARC reloading, a quality full length die ensures each case chambers reliably in your rifle, minimizes bolt thrust variation, and produces more consistent ballistics. It's the foundation of repeatable ammunition.
The expander button is positioned higher in the neck than conventional designs, where it can brace and support the case neck during the expansion stroke. This keeps the neck axis aligned with the cartridge body as the case exits the die, resulting in rounder, more concentric necks that seat bullets more uniformly.
Instead of a single screw threaded directly into the die, the Cross Bolt Ring tightens both ends of the split ring simultaneously. This distributes holding pressure evenly, eliminates stress on the die's threads, and provides more secure, stable lockup in your reloading press.
