Primos
The Primos 707 Trophy Grunter is a single-reed deer call designed to bring rutting bucks within range during the season when they're most responsive to vocalizations. Built from durable black plastic, this call produces authentic buck grunts and other deer vocalizations that work across different hunting scenarios and seasons. The adjustable reed assembly gives you control over the sounds you can generate, letting you dial in everything from deep rutting grunts to softer social calls depending on what the deer around you are doing.
What sets the Trophy Grunter apart is its expandable hose design. By adjusting the hose length and position, you can vary the tone and pitch of your calls—a critical feature when you need to match the intensity or age of the deer you're trying to attract. Whether you're calling in a mature buck or experimenting with different vocalizations to gauge interest, the flexibility to modulate your sound gives you an edge over static calls. The single-reed design keeps things simple and reliable, so you can focus on your hunting instead of wrestling with complicated mechanics.
This is a versatile tool for serious whitetail hunters who understand that deer communication changes throughout the season. If you're hunting the rut or experimenting with buck calls to add another dimension to your setup, the Trophy Grunter delivers proven sound in a straightforward, field-ready package.
The adjustable reed assembly is designed to reproduce grunts and other deer vocalizations. By adjusting the reed and using the expandable hose, you can vary the tone and pitch to match different calling scenarios.
Buck calls like the Trophy Grunter are most effective during the rut when bucks are actively responding to vocalizations. However, you can experiment with different calls throughout the season depending on deer behavior in your hunting area.
The call comes as a single-reed unit with an expandable hose, ready to use out of the box.
