Primos
The Primos 2908R Replacement Reed Snuff Tube Clear 2Pack gives you a pair of spare reed tubes for your Primos game call setup. If you hunt with predator calls, turkey calls, or any reed-based Primos call, keeping replacement reeds on hand means you're never stuck with a damaged or worn tube in the field. Reed tubes take a beating—moisture, dirt, and repeated use wear them down—so having backups ensures your calls stay crisp and responsive when it matters.
These clear replacement tubes are straightforward: pull out the worn reed tube, slide in a fresh one, and you're back in business. Whether you're calling coyotes at dawn, setting up for turkeys at first light, or working predators over bait, a fouled or damaged reed can ruin your setup. Keep a spare 2-pack in your pack or truck and skip the frustration of a call that won't sing the way it should.
Primos calls are built to perform in tough conditions, and these replacement reeds keep them field-ready. If you're serious about your calling game, reed maintenance is part of the routine—treat these replacements as essential backup gear, not just an afterthought accessory.
The Primos 2908R fits Primos reed-based calls that use snuff tube reeds. Check your specific call model to confirm compatibility, or contact us if you're unsure whether these will work with your setup.
That depends on use frequency and care. Reeds can wear, crack, or accumulate moisture and debris over time. Keeping spare tubes on hand means you can swap out a questionable reed in the field without losing hunting time.
Reed tubes should be kept clean and dry between hunts. If a tube is damaged or won't seal properly, replacement is the best option. Store spares in a dry place to keep them ready when you need them.
