Lmt Defense
The LMT MWS 6.5 Creedmoor 20" rifle length barrel is a purpose-built upper receiver component for shooters ready to step up their long-range precision game. LMT Defense's chrome-lined construction delivers the durability serious marksmen expect, while the 1:8" right-hand twist rate is optimized to stabilize the variety of 6.5 Creedmoor loads available today—from lightweight match rounds to heavy hunting projectiles. At 20 inches, this barrel strikes a practical balance between velocity and manageable weight, making it equally at home on a precision rifle or a versatile hunting platform.
This is a complete bolt-on solution for MWS upper receivers. The barrel arrives ready to go, with a low-profile gas block and straight gas tube already integrated—no hunting down compatible parts. The included A2 flash hider rounds out the package, keeping your muzzle flash signature down on the range or in the field. Direct impingement operation keeps things simple and proven, with fewer moving parts to maintain than piston systems.
6.5 Creedmoor has earned its reputation for delivering excellent ballistics and modest recoil in a compact, practical package. Whether you're dialing in at distance on the range or building a hunting rifle that handles wind like a champ, this barrel gives you the platform to do it right. The chrome lining extends barrel life and simplifies cleaning—real-world benefits that matter when you're running rounds downrange week after week.
