Diamondback
If you're building or rebuilding a 6.5 Creedmoor rifle and need a factory Diamondback replacement barrel, this 20-inch fluted stainless steel rifle-length barrel delivers the precision tooling and materials you'd expect from an OEM part. The fluting reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity—a practical design choice for hunters and long-range shooters who value both balance and barrel life. Stainless steel resists corrosion and handles variable weather, making it a solid choice whether you're running suppressed, unsuppressed, or swapping barrels between builds.
Diamondback barrels are cut and finished to OEM spec, so drop-in compatibility with Diamondback platforms is assured. The 20-inch length strikes a useful middle ground: long enough to wring good velocity from the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge, but short enough to keep your rifle handy in the field or at the bench. Fluted construction also helps manage heat during sustained shooting, which matters whether you're testing loads, running drills, or hunting through a long season.
This is a straightforward, no-frills OEM replacement—exactly what you need if your original barrel is worn, damaged, or if you're working on a second upper or complete build. Verify your action type and mounting requirements before ordering, as barrel fitment depends on your receiver.

Fluting reduces overall barrel weight without removing material from the barrel's core, so you maintain rigidity and accuracy. It also increases surface area, which helps dissipate heat during rapid fire or sustained shooting sessions.
Yes. The 20-inch length and 6.5 Creedmoor chambering are well-suited to both disciplines. The stainless steel construction and fluted design support consistent, accurate shooting in the field and on the range.
Installation details depend on your specific Diamondback action and setup. Consult your rifle's manual or contact Diamondback directly for torque specs, headspace requirements, and any gunsmithing or tools needed for your particular build.
