Hornady
The Hornady Match Grade 7mm PRC die set (545151) brings match-grade precision to your reloading bench. Built for shooters who demand tight, consistent ammunition, this die set gives you granular control over neck tension—the critical variable that translates directly into tighter groups downrange. Whether you're loading for competition, long-range hunting, or precision rifle shooting, Match Grade dies reward attention to detail with repeatable, accurate results.
What sets Match Grade apart is the interchangeable neck-sizing bushing system. Rather than relying on a fixed die cavity that can overwork brass and cause runaway case neck growth, you select the bushing size that matches your cartridge's requirements. This means less case abuse, longer brass life, and—most importantly—more consistent neck tension shot to shot. The system comes with the correct bushing for your 7mm PRC cartridge, and additional bushings are available if you fine-tune your sizing strategy over time.
The seating die now comes factory-equipped with Hornady's Click-Adjust Bullet Seating Micrometer, a major upgrade released in 2025. This micrometer-based adjustment system lets you dial in bullet seating depth with precision and repeatability—no guesswork, no trial-and-error, and no stripping threads on your seating stem. Once you've dialed in your preferred seating depth, you can replicate it exactly on every round, batch after batch.
This 7mm PRC die set fits standard reloading presses and is ideal for handloaders serious about consistency and ammunition quality. If you're chasing tight velocity spreads, chronograph-verified accuracy, or simply want to maximize the potential of your 7mm PRC rifle, Match Grade dies are a worthwhile investment.
