Hornady
If you're loading .38 Special or .357 Magnum rounds and want to cut your bench time while staying safe and consistent, the Hornady 095331 Bullet Feeder Die is built to do exactly that. This is the die half of Hornady's Lock-N-Load Bullet Feeder system—a smart upgrade for handgun reloaders who run progressive presses and want to automate case-to-bullet matching without fumbling or misfeeds.
The design is straightforward: a tube-and-collet system holds each bullet securely in the die cavity until a fresh case rises into position. When the case contacts the collet, the bullet releases smoothly into the case mouth. No fiddling with tweezers, no dropped rounds, no restart cycles. It's the kind of reliable workflow that lets you focus on press rhythm and round count instead of babysitting your setup. Solid steel construction means this die will outlast dozens of reloading sessions and handle the repeated impact and vibration of a busy progressive press.
Setup is hassle-free: the die threads into standard 7/8"-14 press stations (the industry norm for pistol dies), and you won't need special tools to install or adjust it. Once it's in the turret, it just works. Keep in mind that the Bullet Feeder die is part of a system—you'll also need the Hornady Bullet Feeder housing unit and compatible bullet tubes (sold separately) to complete the setup, but once assembled, you've got a proven speed loader that serious .38/.357 reloaders trust.
