The CZ 75 SP-01 9mm pistol is a full-size duty and competition handgun built on CZ's legendary DA/SA platform, now with the ergonomic refinements that made the compact P-01 a NATO standard. This is the platform choice for serious shooters: military and law enforcement operators, IPSC competitors, and anyone who demands a steel-frame pistol that combines raw accuracy with bulletproof reliability. The 4.6-inch cold hammer-forged barrel and 19-round double-stack magazine make it a formidable choice for sport shooting, duty carry, and the range.
What sets the SP-01 apart is its thoughtful engineering. The extended beavertail protects your strong hand while deepening your grip purchase, and the strategically checkered front and rear grip straps give you positive control even when things get wet or fast. The integral 1913 accessory rail lets you mount lights, lasers, or other modern optics without modification. CZ's corrosion-resistant black polycoat finish stands up to hard use, and the three-dot fixed sights get you on target immediately. The frame is steel—which means weight (40.7 oz) that soaks up recoil and helps you stay precise through rapid fire and transitions.
This is a gun that rewards practice. The DA/SA trigger, manual safety, safety stop on the hammer, and firing pin block make it intuitive for shooters trained on duty weapons, yet smooth enough for competition. Whether you're working a match, training at the range, or looking for a serious pistol built to be carried hard and shot straight, the SP-01 delivers the accuracy and handling that have made it a choice of champions.
