Caldwell
The Caldwell 1140016 AR500 steel gong target stand combo brings everything you need for productive range sessions in one compact package. Built around a rugged 8-inch AR500 steel gong, this all-in-one system pairs a durable target with a collapsible steel stand and XL strap hangers, so you can set up quickly and focus on marksmanship. Whether you're zeroing rifles, testing loads, or running drills with steel, the AR500 construction withstands thousands of rounds without degradation—no tape-and-patch cycles like paper targets.
The collapsible stand design cuts down on transport hassle. Pack it flat in your truck, set it up in minutes, and you've got a stable, freestanding platform. The included XL strap hangers give you flexibility to hang the gong at the height and angle that works for your session, and the bright yellow paint makes your target easy to spot downrange. This combo eliminates the guesswork of sourcing compatible parts; Caldwell engineered it all to work together from the box.
Steel gongs deliver immediate, audible feedback—you know the instant your round connects. That real-time confirmation speeds up the learning curve and makes range time more rewarding. The AR500 grade steel is purpose-built to absorb impact, so you're buying durability that pays off over hundreds of shooting sessions. Whether you're a precision rifle enthusiast, a carbine trainer, or someone who simply values instant feedback, a quality steel gong is an investment in your skill and your range routine.
