The Caldwell AR500 Steel Target Hanger is a durable shooting target stand built to handle thousands of rounds downrange without flinching. Constructed from 3/8" AR500 rifle-rated steel—the same material used in Caldwell's target systems—this heavy-duty hanger absorbs impacts from centerfire rifles and keeps your setup solid shot after shot. Whether you're zeroing rifles, running drills, or breaking in new loads at the range, a reliable target stand means you can focus on marksmanship, not babysitting your gear.

The 2-piece design breaks down for transport and storage, so you can throw it in the truck without taking up half the bed. Assembly is straightforward: the spike-leg base drives into the ground for stability, and the hanger mounts on top. The replaceable AR500 hook accepts any target with a standard 1/2" × 1" slot, giving you flexibility to run different targets without swapping stands. At 70" assembled height, it positions targets at a practical working level and supports targets up to 50 lbs.

If you're running steel targets, paper, or knockdown steel, this stand won't be the weak link in your range day. It's the kind of equipment that pays for itself by staying upright and keeping your range sessions efficient.
