The Bog Inception M/L Backpack Frame paired with the Helix 3500 Bivy Bag is a lightweight, modular hauling system built for western day hunts and spike camps where every ounce counts. This combo brings together a carbon fiber frame that keeps the system under 5.5 lbs with a quick-connect bivy bag that lets you hunt with just the frame or deploy the full setup depending on your mission. The OD green colorway keeps you in the field aesthetic—quiet and professional—while the construction speaks durability: 420D micro-ripstop shell, YKK zippers, and 150 lb–rated buckles that won't quit after years of hard use.
What makes this backpack system stand out is real flexibility. The Inception frame works solo as a meat hauler when you don't need the full bivy, or snaps into the Helix 3500 for day packing with serious capacity. The Helix brings 3500 cubic inches of organized space, a removable rain cover for silent weather protection, and a detachable gun/bow/tripod carry boot so you can pack your rifle or bow hands-free. Bottom-of-bag zip access means you're not dumping gear to find what settled at the bottom during the hike.
The fit and load management are dialed in: adjustable sternum strap, load lifters, padded hip belt with gear pockets, and four sets of compression straps keep everything locked down and riding right. Hypalon-reinforced MOLLE rows give you the option to strap on more kit, and the retractable bottle pockets take a 32 oz Nalgene. Hydration-bladder compatible for long, hot days, this system moves what you need to move without dragging you down.
