The Bergara B-14 Hunter rifle in 7mm-08 brings Spanish craftsmanship to the hunting world at a price that respects your budget. Built at Bergara's automated barrel factory in Spain, this bolt-action hunter pairs the brand's renowned barrel accuracy with a purpose-built action and clean-handling ergonomics—all wrapped in a practical green composite stock. If you're after genuine quality in a mid-weight, versatile caliber suitable for deer and medium game, the B-14 Hunter deserves a hard look.

The heart of any rifle is its barrel, and Bergara doesn't compromise here. The 22-inch No. 4 taper 4140 CrMo steel barrel is finished in Graphite Black Cerakote and delivers the accuracy Bergara built its reputation on in the custom rifle world. That barrel is married to Bergara's own B-14 Action—a two-lug system with a sliding plate extractor, coned bolt nose and breech, and butter-smooth feeding. The curved Bergara Performance Trigger breaks clean at roughly three pounds, encouraging precise shot placement without excessive creep.

The molded synthetic stock in green (with tan and black flecks for a tasteful camo appearance) is reinforced with fiberglass and features integral steel pillars permanently molded in place. This bedding design locks the barreled action solid for consistent accuracy. A SoftTouch coating gives the stock a tacky, sure grip even in wet or cold conditions. The rifle ships drilled and tapped for Remington 700 style rings and bases, so you can mount glass with standard 6-48 screws.

At 7.1 to 7.3 pounds (depending on magazine style) and 41.5 inches overall with the 22-inch barrel, the B-14 Hunter balances portability with handling. It feeds from a 4-round magazine and accepts either a hinged floor plate or detachable box, giving you flexibility in the field.
