Barnes Bullets
The Barnes Match Burners 6mm .243" 105 gr BT Match bullets are precision rifle projectiles designed for shooters who demand consistency downrange. Whether you're loading ammunition for competitive matches, long-range target work, or field shooting, these bullets deliver the accuracy and performance that separates careful handloaders from the rest. At 105 grains with a boat-tail design, they're engineered to reward meticulous reloading and tight shot placement.
Match-grade bullets require attention to detail—from powder charge and primer selection to seating depth and concentricity. Match Burners are built to take full advantage of that precision work. The boat-tail profile and high ballistic coefficient help maintain velocity and energy at distance, supporting the flatter trajectories and wind resistance serious shooters need. For reloaders working in 6mm, these bullets offer a balance of performance and economy that makes consistent practice and competition ammo affordable.
Barnes has built its reputation on ammunition that performs under pressure, and Match Burners continue that tradition. They're available in 100-count boxes, making them practical for loading sessions and practice strings without breaking the bank. If you're setting up a 6mm rifle for precision work, these bullets deserve a careful look.
| Caliber | 6mm/.243" |
| Bullet Weight | 105 grains |
| Bullet Style | Boat-Tail Match |
| Count | 100 bullets |
These are 6mm bullets sized .243" and are designed for rifles chambered in cartridges like .243 Winchester and other 6mm rounds that use this bullet diameter. Always verify bore and chamber compatibility with your specific rifle before reloading.
Yes—these bullets are designed with match-grade precision in mind and are popular with competitive shooters who value consistent, repeatable accuracy for target and precision rifle events.
The boat-tail profile reduces aerodynamic drag and improves the bullet's ballistic coefficient, which helps maintain velocity and energy downrange and supports a flatter trajectory compared to flat-base designs.
Each box contains 100 bullets, giving you a standard reloading quantity for developing loads and running practice or match sessions.
