Barnes Bullets
The Barnes Match Burners 6mm .243" 112 grain rifle bullets are precision copper-jacketed projectiles built for reloaders who want competitive accuracy without the competitive price tag. These match-grade bullets deliver the consistency you need for consistent groups at the range—whether you're working up loads for benchrest competition, load development for field hunting, or high-volume practice. At 500 rounds per box, they're economical enough to shoot seriously without guilt.
Match-quality construction means uniform jacket and core, optimized weight distribution, and the kind of concentricity that matters when you're chasing single-hole groups. The 112-grain weight in 6mm is a sensible mid-range option that balances velocity, energy, and ballistic coefficient across common 243 Winchester platforms. Barnes engineered these bullets with an eye toward the reloader's bench—they're designed to group tight but priced for shooters who need to shoot a lot.
If you're loading for a 243 Win or other 6mm cartridge and you're tired of paying premium prices for premium bullets, these are worth a serious look. Benchrest shooters rely on them. High Power competitors shoot them. And hunters appreciate the consistency they bring to field loads. They're the kind of ammunition component that rewards attention to detail—good chamber prep, consistent powder charge, and proper seating make all the difference.

The 112-grain weight is a versatile option across 243 Win hunting and target applications. Your specific load data will depend on powder type, primer, case, and your rifle. Always consult published reloading manuals and start at minimum loads, working up carefully while watching for pressure signs.
These match-grade bullets are designed for accuracy and consistency. Their performance downrange depends on your specific rifle, load, and target distance. Consult ballistic resources and test your loads at distance before field use.
Each box contains 500 bullets, making them efficient for load development, practice, and high-volume shooting.
Match Burners are engineered for the precision and consistency that competitive shooters demand—uniform construction and optimized weight ratios—but priced lower than premium match-grade offerings, making them accessible for regular range work and serious reloaders.
