The Weatherby 307 Alpine CT in 22 Creed with 18-inch barrel and muzzle brake is a modern take on the classic lightweight hunting rifle. Built on Weatherby's new Model 307 bolt-action platform—a 2-lug, fully cylindrical design—this rifle combines a featherweight PEAK 44 Bastion stock with a short, accurate BSF carbon barrel and factory brake to create a rig that won't wear you down on the mountain and delivers the precision hunters demand at distance.
The Alpine CT philosophy centers on eliminating unnecessary weight without sacrificing capability. The Bastion stock tips the scales at just 24 ounces and features a proprietary 3D-Hex recoil pad engineered to manage the snap of the 22 Creed's ballistically efficient round. Pairing that with the 18-inch carbon barrel and integrated Accubrake DST (Directional Self-Timing) muzzle brake creates a compact, controllable package ideal for long-range hunts in steep terrain where every ounce matters. The Model 307's 2-lug action is also compatible with most modern aftermarket triggers, stocks, rails, and optic mounts—giving you flexibility to customize as your hunting evolves.
Cosmetics match the rugged, no-nonsense ethos: the barrel and action sport chocolate brown Cerakote, graphite black Cerakote adorns the bolt and knob, and the Bastion stock showcases exposed carbon fiber with WYO brown and brushed sponge accents that look as purposeful as the rifle performs. Whether you're reaching across a canyon or hunting dense timber, the 307 Alpine CT delivers the accuracy and handling that define a modern mountain rifle.
