Ultradyne USA
The Ultradyne C4 flip-up front and rear sight set for AR-15 rifles brings mechanical backup sighting to a platform that often runs optics-only—and does it without the weight or bulk that bog down a modern carbine. Built from 4140 chrome moly steel with a salt bath nitride finish on the steel components and anodized aluminum on the rear sight, these sights are engineered to stay put under the recoil and abuse a working rifle takes. At just 2.2 ounces for the front and 2.5 ounces for the rear when folded, they're the kind of backup you won't feel in your pack or notice on your shoulder.
What sets the C4 apart is Ultradyne's Dynalign Technology—a mechanical system that ensures all sight elements move together, keeping your sight picture concentric whether you're dialing windage in the field or deploying after a scope failure. The rear sight gives you full windage adjustment and guarantees center-zero operation. Both front and rear sights mount to any MIL-STD 1913 Picatinny rail, so integration with your upper receiver or handguard is straightforward, and they collapse flat when not in use.
The combo includes a 12 MOA Dynalign aperture for the rear sight, with 8, 10, and 14 MOA options available separately if your shooting distance or barrel length demands a different hold. Whether you're zeroing a new build, upgrading a duty rifle, or just want peace of mind when your primary optic goes dark, the C4 delivers the kind of no-nonsense backup sighting that works when it matters.
