The TriStar Viper G2 12-gauge semi-auto shotgun in left-handed configuration delivers reliable, hard-working performance for waterfowl hunters, clay shooters, and upland game enthusiasts who need a versatile workhorse. This gas-operated semi-automatic handles everything from light target loads to heavy waterfowl ammunition without missing a beat, letting you adapt to changing conditions on the water or in the field. The 28-inch barrel with ventilated rib and matted sight plane provides a steady sight picture, while the 3-inch chamber opens up load options across a wide range of hunting and sport-shooting scenarios.

Built with a Cerakote receiver and synthetic furniture finished in Realtree Max-7 camouflage, the Viper G2 is engineered to handle harsh outdoor environments and rough handling. The chrome-lined chamber and barrel resist corrosion and extend the life of the gun, especially important for serious waterfowl hunters who spend long hours in wet conditions. A fiber optic front sight aids target acquisition in low light, while the manual E-Z load magazine cut-off gives you quick control over your shot count.

The removable choke system uses Beretta/Benelli Mobil threads—a widely adopted standard that opens up your options beyond the included IC, M, and F tubes (plus choke box and wrench). Shim kits come standard, allowing you to fine-tune fit and comfort to your shooting style. A rubber recoil pad absorbs punishment during long days of shooting, and a shot plug is included for hunting scenarios requiring magazine capacity limits.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this shotgun left-handed or right-handed?

This is a true left-handed configuration—designed for left-shooting hunters and sport shooters. The safety, controls, and ejection port are oriented for southpaw operation.

What choke tubes come with it, and can I use other brands?

The Viper G2 includes three Beretta/Benelli Mobil-threaded chokes: Improved Cylinder (IC), Modified (M), and Full (F). Because it uses the Beretta/Benelli Mobil standard, you can source additional aftermarket choke tubes from a wide range of manufacturers if you want to expand your options beyond the included set.

Can this shotgun handle both light and heavy loads?

Yes. The gas-operated semi-automatic action is designed to cycle reliably across a broad spectrum of ammunition, from light target loads to heavy waterfowl loads, giving you flexibility without requiring manual adjustments between shots.

What is included with the shotgun?

The Viper G2 comes with three choke tubes (IC, M, F), a choke box and wrench for removal and installation, shim kits for fit adjustment, and a shot plug for hunting situations where magazine capacity must be limited.
