Trijicon
The Trijicon Bright & Tough night sight set for HK 45C, P30, VP9, and VP40 handguns brings genuinely usable low-light aiming to guns that need it. These aren't mall-ninja upgrades—they're three-dot tritium iron sights designed to work when your lighting conditions don't, giving you a consistent sight picture whether you're shooting in daylight or deep dusk. The tritium elements glow without requiring batteries or external light, so they function reliably whether you're at the range, in the field, or in an emergency situation where ambient light isn't guaranteed.
The real draw of these sights for HK platform shooters is their suppressor-height design. Standard iron sights on a suppressed firearm are, frankly, useless—the suppressor body rises above your line of sight and blocks your target. These Bright & Tough sights clear that added height, letting you actually use iron sights on a can-equipped gun. If you run a suppressed HK and need backup irons or just prefer iron-only shooting, this solves that problem. They also work as backup sights alongside a Trijicon RMR mounted on your slide, giving you redundancy without the bulk of traditional backup sight systems.
Construction is steel with a matte finish—tough, corrosion-resistant, and low-profile without looking like a tactical costume. The green tritium with white outline design is clean and fast to pick up in both bright and dim conditions. These are purpose-built sights for shooters who work in variable light and need iron sights that actually perform, not a checkbox box feature.

Yes. The suppressor-height design allows these sights to clear the added height of a suppressor body, letting you maintain a proper sight picture on a suppressed firearm. Standard-height iron sights are blocked by a suppressor's housing, but these are built specifically to clear that obstruction.
These sights are compatible with the HK 45C, P30, P30L, P30SK, VP9, and VP40 handguns.
Yes. They function as backup iron sights alongside a Trijicon RMR mounted on your slide, giving you a secondary aiming system if your primary optic fails.
No. Tritium is self-luminous and glows continuously without charging or external power. The green tritium vials will provide usable sight picture in low light and darkness indefinitely, though brightness gradually decreases over many years of service.
