Taurus
The Taurus Raging Hunter 5.12" .454 Casull revolver is a big-bore handgun built for hunters who need serious stopping power at short to medium range. Chambered in the potent .454 Casull cartridge, this five-shot revolver pairs raw capability with thoughtful engineering to keep recoil manageable and target acquisition fast—critical when hunting dangerous game or large predators. The matte stainless steel finish resists corrosion in the field while maintaining a professional, no-nonsense appearance.
What sets the Raging Hunter apart is its engineering focus on controllability. The angular barrel design reduces overall weight without sacrificing velocity or durability, and factory-tuned porting combined with a gas expansion chamber work together to tame muzzle rise so you can stay on target between shots. That matters when you're hunting; it also matters on the range. The double-action/single-action trigger mechanism gives you flexibility in how you shoot, and cushioned insert grips absorb recoil while keeping your hand positioned consistently across multiple shots.
This is a large-frame revolver built on a serious platform. The fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight are straightforward and reliable—no electronics, no batteries, just iron that works. A transfer bar safety adds an extra layer of security without complicating operation. Whether you're pursuing hog, elk, or testing your marksmanship with powerful magnum loads, the Raging Hunter is engineered to perform when accuracy and power matter most.

The rear sight is adjustable for windage and elevation, allowing you to zero the revolver to your ammunition and shooting distance. The front sight is fixed, providing a solid reference point for your sight picture.
