Swift Bullet
The Swift Scirocco II 6.5mm (.264") 130-grain hunting bullet is built for shooters who demand reliable long-range performance across variable conditions. Whether you're hand-loading for precision rifle competition, pursuing game at extended distances, or working up loads for a magnum cartridge, the Scirocco II delivers the ballistic efficiency and terminal performance that makes distance hunting practical. Its proven track record among reloaders and hunters comes from a simple formula: high ballistic coefficient, consistent expansion, and weight retention when it counts.
The signature black-tipped design isn't just cosmetic—it's part of a bullet architecture engineered to shoot flat downrange while maintaining the velocity and energy needed for clean, ethical shots at distance. The Scirocco II's geometry minimizes drag, so your trajectories stay predictable mile after mile of ballistic calculation. What sets it apart from generic cup-and-core alternatives is its controlled expansion behavior: it expands reliably even at the reduced velocities encountered at extreme range, yet holds together at close range where velocity is highest and expansion would otherwise be violent and wasteful.
This 100-count box gives you a manageable quantity for load development, test-fire validation, or a solid season of hunting without the commitment of a larger purchase. Handloaders particularly appreciate the consistent quality that lets them dial in precise loads with confidence.
| Caliber | 6.5mm (.264") |
| Weight | 130 grains |
| Count | 100 bullets |
| Bullet Type | Scirocco II (Black Tip) |
The 6.5mm 130-grain Scirocco II is versatile across 6.5-caliber cartridges, from the 6.5 Creedmoor to larger magnum cases. Consult your reloading manual for your specific cartridge to confirm powder charges and seating depths.
Yes. The Scirocco II is designed to produce positive expansion even at the reduced velocities typical of long-distance shots, while maintaining controlled expansion and weight retention at closer ranges where velocity is higher.
Yes. The 100-count box is a practical quantity for reloaders who want to develop loads, validate accuracy, or establish a consistent supply for a hunting season or range program.
The Scirocco II's high ballistic coefficient produces a flatter trajectory than many competitors, and its construction provides reliable expansion across a wider velocity range—from marginal impact speeds at distance to impact speeds near the muzzle.
