Swift Bullet
The Swift Scirocco II .25 caliber hunting bullet delivers the terminal performance serious long-range hunters expect. Built around a 100-grain platform with the distinctive black tip, these .257" diameter projectiles combine the velocity retention and energy efficiency that make them stand out in a crowded field. Whether you're handloading for a .257 Roberts, .25-06, or pushing one of the modern short magnums, the Scirocco II brings the aerodynamic efficiency and structural integrity to reach distant game cleanly.
What sets the Scirocco II apart is its dual-mandate design: it expands decisively at the lower velocities you'll experience at extended range, yet maintains controlled mushrooming and excellent weight retention when impact velocity is high—the hallmark of a genuinely versatile hunting bullet. The refined nose profile and high ballistic coefficient keep the trajectory flat, which means less wind drift and a cleaner hold-over picture on distant targets. This is ammunition engineering built for precision hunters who understand that bullet selection is as important as barrel selection.
This box contains 100 loose bullets, ready for your reloading bench. Swift's commitment to consistency in swaging and finishing means you'll see reliable performance across your hand-loaded rounds, shot to shot and season to season. If you're already running the Scirocco II or exploring your first box, you're choosing a bullet designed by hunters, for the realities of field hunting at distance.
| Caliber | .25 |
| Diameter | .257" |
| Weight | 100 grains |
| Quantity per Box | 100 bullets |
| Bullet Type | Scirocco II with Black Tip |
Common .25 caliber cartridges include the .257 Roberts, .25-06 Remington, .25-308 Winchester, and various .25 caliber short magnums. Check your rifle's chamber specification to ensure compatibility with this bullet diameter and weight.
Yes—the Scirocco II is specifically engineered to produce positive expansion even at reduced impact velocities typical of extended-range shots, while also controlling expansion and retaining weight at close or high-velocity impacts.
These are loose bullets only, sold in a box of 100. They are designed for hand-loaders who assemble their own ammunition. You will need powder, primers, and cartridge cases to complete a round.
The high ballistic coefficient and aerodynamic design deliver flatter trajectories and better velocity retention downrange, reducing wind drift and hold-over error—critical advantages when hunting at distance.
