The Strike Industries GMAG17 is a 17-round 9mm magazine purpose-built for Glock 17 owners who want better visibility, faster reloads, and more thoughtful design than factory options. This isn't just another translucent mag—it's engineered with a mix of textured and smooth polymer surfaces so you can see your round count clearly on one side while the textured areas cut glare and give your thumb purchase during mag changes. If you carry or compete with a G17, a backup mag like this belongs in your range bag or duty setup.
The translucent body lets you glance down and verify ammo status at a glance, and corner-cut round-count windows give you sightlines from the side or rear. The included black baseplate isn't an afterthought either—side cuts improve grip, a front lip gives the mag a stable footprint when standing on a bench, and tool-less disassembly means you can strip it for cleaning without hunting for a screwdriver. Paintable triangle markers at the top help you orient the mag during speed reloads, and ID markers on the baseplate let you mark your gear so there's no mystery about whose mag is whose at the range.
Strike Industries built this from high-strength impact-resistant polymer and tuned the spring for reliability across thousands of rounds. The mag is compatible with Glock 17, 17L, 19, 26, and 34 frames across Gen 3, 4, and 5—and works with right, left, and ambidextrous slide releases. There's also a built-in hook slot if you want to upgrade to Strike's Extended Magazine Plate (EMP) steel locking baseplate for added security or capacity tweaks down the road.

The translucent body gives you a clear view of your round count. One side is non-textured for ultra-clear visibility, and corner round-count cuts provide alternative viewing angles from the side or rear of the magazine. Paintable triangle markers at the top help you identify proper orientation during reloads.
This 17-round magazine is not legal for sale to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, or Washington DC due to state-level magazine capacity restrictions.
