The Safariland INCOG P365 FXMACRO SLT MC CMCM RH is a purpose-built inside-the-waistband (IWB) concealment holster engineered for the Sig Sauer P365 XMacro with modern optics and light support. If you carry a P365 XMacro and want deep concealment without sacrificing the firing grip or draw speed, this hybrid thermoplastic design delivers the flexibility and retention you need across different body positions and belt setups.
The INCOG line is known for mission-driven versatility, and this model extends that legacy with updated engineering. The core appeal here is the over-the-belt polymer clips—they open outward and lock naturally over your belt via a simple mechanical action, meaning installation and removal are fast and intuitive. The holster itself features adjustable tension and passive retention, letting you dial in exactly how much friction you want on the draw. That's important when you're testing different carry positions; the design supports multiple configurations so you can find what works for your body and your lifestyle.
Optics compatibility is standard: the holster plays nice with Streamlight TLR-7, Surefire XC-1, Nightstick TCM-10, Sig Sauer Foxtrot 1X, and 2R weapon lights, plus micro and full-size red dot sights. The package includes three concealment shims—1/8", 1/4", and 3/8"—so you can tweak how much of the holster prints through your shirt without breaking out tools. Add the included magazine caddy for your spare mag, and you've got a complete deep-concealment system that doesn't compromise on speed or practical comfort.
Right-handed draw, Multicam Black laminate, and Cordura construction round out the spec. This is a holster built for serious everyday carry.
