The Safariland INCOG P365 FXMACRO is a deep concealment inside-the-waistband (IWB) holster built for everyday carry of your Sig Sauer P365 XMacro with an optic mounted on top. If you're running a micro or full-size red dot and need to carry discreetly without printing, this hybrid thermoplastic design delivers the balance of concealment, security, and accessibility that serious CCW shooters demand.
What sets this holster apart is its adjustability. The belt clips open outward and slide down the holster, naturally locking over your belt—no fumbling, no tools. An actuated finger tab lets you quickly remove it from your belt or put it back on. The retention is passive but tunable; adjustable tension lets you dial in exactly how much grip the holster has on your gun so your draw is smooth and consistent. Three concealment shims (1/8", 1/4", and 3/8") come in the box, so you can customize how much of the grip shows above your waistline.
The INCOG's design prioritizes a full firing grip before the draw—you get the whole handle in your hand as you clear leather, which matters when every millisecond counts. Passive retention on the trigger guard and ejection port keep your P365 XMacro secure without active buttons or straps to manipulate. The magazine caddy is included, giving you a place to stow a reload without buying extras.
