Sadlak Industries
Building or upgrading an AR-15? The Sadlak Industries low-profile gas block in .936" steel is purpose-built for shooters who want a proven, domestically-made component that works reliably without getting in the way. This low-profile design slides underneath a free-float handguard, giving you a cleaner sight line and more room for your support hand—ideal if you're running a modern handguard setup on a carbine or mid-length barrel. Made in the USA by craftsmen with years of experience, Sadlak gas blocks are precision-honed and 100% inspected for consistency, so you're not gambling on fit or function.
The .936" bore matches AR-15 barrels in that diameter. Mounting is straightforward: the included setscrews lock the block securely to your barrel, and because it's a clamp-style design, you tighten the side-mounted setscrews to squeeze the block into place. All hardware you need comes in the box. The black steel finish is durable and blends in on most modern builds.
Whether you're assembling an AR from a parts kit or swapping out an older fixed sight tower for a free-float setup, this gas block handles the job without adding bulk or complexity. It's the kind of no-frills component that lets the rest of your rifle shine.

This gas block is sized for barrels with a .936" diameter at the gas port location. Measure your barrel's diameter at that point to confirm fit. If your barrel has a different diameter, Sadlak makes gas blocks in .625", .750", and .875" sizes as well.
Yes. The low-profile design is specifically made to fit underneath free-float handguards, keeping your setup clean and giving you more hand space on the rail.
The gas block includes all necessary setscrews and hardware for mounting to your barrel. No additional fasteners are required.
This is a fixed, non-adjustable gas block. Sadlak makes adjustable gas block options if you need tuning capability for suppressed fire or different ammunition types.
