Sadlak Industries
The Sadlak Industries AR-15 low profile gas block in .750" steel nitride is a precision-built component designed for AR builders and upgrade-focused shooters who demand quality and reliability. Made in the USA by experienced craftsmen, this gas block combines strict manufacturing standards with a low-profile design that works seamlessly under free-float handguards—perfect if you're building a modern, streamlined rifle or converting an older platform to accept longer handguards on carbine-length barrels. The steel nitride finish delivers excellent corrosion resistance and durability in the field, while the .750" bore size matches mid-length and rifle-length systems.
Installation is straightforward: the clamp-style design uses side-mounted setscrews to secure the block firmly to your barrel, and all necessary hardware comes included. Because it sits low and doesn't extend above the rail line, you get a clean aesthetic without sacrificing sight picture or rail space—something that matters whether you're running optics, irons, or both. Sadlak's commitment to precision means every bore is honed and critical dimensions are 100% inspected, so you know you're getting consistent fit and function across the board.
This is the kind of part that doesn't announce itself—it just works. Whether you're finishing a new build, swapping out an older gas block, or upgrading to a modern handguard setup, a quality low-profile block makes the difference between a rifle that feels thoughtfully built and one that looks like an afterthought. Sadlak's reputation among serious builders speaks for itself.

Yes. The low-profile design is specifically engineered to sit below the rail line, making it compatible with modern free-float handguards and allowing you to run longer rails on carbine-length barrels.
The .750" bore is designed for mid-length and rifle-length gas systems on standard AR-15 pattern barrels with that barrel journal size. If you're unsure of your barrel's gas journal diameter, check your barrel specifications or contact the barrel manufacturer.
Yes. All mounting hardware, including the setscrews needed for the clamp-style attachment, is included.
The block slides over your barrel and is secured by side-mounted setscrews that you tighten to clamp it firmly in place. This design is straightforward and requires no permanent modifications to the barrel.
