Keep your Ruger Security-9 fed and ready with this two-pack of genuine Ruger factory 9mm magazines. These 15-round magazines are built from black oxide alloy steel—a time-tested finish that resists corrosion and blends with tactical or carry setups. As OEM Ruger parts made in the USA, they're engineered to the exact tolerances your Security-9 demands, with none of the guesswork that comes with aftermarket alternatives.

Each magazine ships with a flush-fit floor plate already installed, so you're ready to load and go straight out of the box. The two-pack format makes sense for shooters who run drills at the range, compete, or simply want a reliable spare without the hassle of single-magazine purchases. Whether you're working through a training course or just keeping backups on hand, having multiple factory magazines eliminates the risk of a worn or damaged mag causing reliability issues when it matters.

These magazines are confirmed compatible with the Security-9 pistol and will also work with the Ruger PC Carbine when fitted with the SR9/Security-9 Magazine Well Insert. If you own a Security-9 Compact, note that you'll need the Security-9 Compact Magazine Adapter to use these; the standard compact frame requires that accessory for proper function. They are not compatible with older SR9 or SR9c models.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will these magazines work with my Ruger Security-9 Compact?

These standard Security-9 magazines require the Security-9 Compact Magazine Adapter (Ruger part #90668) to function properly in a Compact model. Without the adapter, fit and reliability cannot be guaranteed. If you have a Compact, confirm you have the adapter before ordering, or consider Compact-specific magazines.

Can I use these magazines with the Ruger PC Carbine?

Yes, these magazines are compatible with the PC Carbine when it is equipped with the SR9/Security-9 Magazine Well Insert. Without that insert installed, the magazines will not function in the carbine.

Are these OEM Ruger magazines or aftermarket clones?

These are genuine Ruger factory magazines, manufactured in the USA. They are not aftermarket or third-party clones, so you get the exact engineering and tolerances Ruger designed for the Security-9.

What's included in the two-pack?

You receive two complete 15-round 9mm magazines with black oxide finish. Each magazine comes with the flush-fit floor plate already installed, so there's no assembly required.
