Remington
The Remington 700 Long Range in 7mm Remington Magnum is a purpose-built rifle for hunters and precision shooters who demand flat trajectories and retained energy at extended distances. The 26-inch heavy-contour barrel paired with this magnum cartridge delivers the velocity needed to stretch your effective range on big game, while the threaded muzzle (5/8 x 24) gives you the option to add a suppressor or muzzle brake tailored to your setup. Built on Remington's time-proven Model 700 action, this rifle combines a legacy of field-proven accuracy with modern ergonomic and bedding refinements.
The HS Precision stock features a receiver-length aluminum bedding block and vertical grip that anchor the action for consistent shot placement, and dual swivel studs let you mount slings or shooting bags however works best for your situation. The 26-inch barrel sports a 5R rifling profile and matte finish—designed to pair with the ballistic efficiency of 7mm Magnum ammunition. A concave target-style crown protects the barrel throat and promotes uniform bullet release. The action itself is machined from solid steel and uses Remington's distinctive cylindrical receiver design, which seats cleanly in the stock bedding and provides a rigid platform for precision shooting.
Like all Model 700s, this rifle features the integral extractor set in a groove that supports the cartridge rim, and a recessed bolt face that locks inside a counter-bored breech—creating what Remington calls three rings of steel around the case head for maximum strength and reliability. The hinged floor plate and drilled-and-tapped receiver ready the rifle for scope installation and field adjustments. With a four-round magazine capacity, the 700 Long Range is equally at home for a methodical long-range hunt or bench-rest precision work.

Yes. The rifle comes with a threaded muzzle in the standard 5/8 x 24 thread pitch, so any suppressor with that specification will fit. You can also install a muzzle brake or other threaded accessories designed for that pitch.
The 700 Long Range in 7mm Remington Magnum holds three rounds.
The receiver is drilled and tapped for scope rings, so you'll need to install your own rings and scope. The rifle does not ship with optics included.
5R rifling uses five rounded lands and grooves instead of the traditional four. It reduces bullet deformation as the round travels down the bore, which can improve accuracy and velocity—particularly beneficial for long-range and precision shooting where every foot per second and every fraction of an inch counts.
