Redding Reloading Equipment
The Redding T-7 Extra Turret is a replacement turret head designed for reloaders running the Redding T-7 turret press system. If you're already committed to a T-7 press and want to streamline your workflow, having a second pre-loaded turret lets you swap calibers in seconds without dismounting dies and reconfiguring. This extra turret accepts all standard 7/8"-14 threaded dies, including the longer competition dies some precision reloaders prefer.
The T-7 turret system itself is built around heavy-duty cast iron construction with a seven-station rotating head. The one-inch diameter ram and powerful compound linkage deliver the kind of consistent leverage that single-stage and turret press shooters rely on for quality ammunition. Whether you're loading multiple cartridges or want to minimize setup time between shooting sessions, a second turret means you can dedicate one setup to each caliber and rotate them as your plans change.
Redding turret heads are interchangeable, so this extra turret integrates seamlessly with any existing T-7 press. Just load your dies into the turret at the bench, bolt it onto the press when you're ready to load, and you're good to go. It's a practical way to maximize efficiency if you're working with more than one cartridge on a regular basis.
The turret accepts all standard 7/8"-14 threaded dies and universal shell holders. This includes longer competition dies, so you have flexibility in your die selection regardless of manufacturer.
Yes, this is an extra turret head only. You'll need an existing Redding T-7 turret press to use it. Additional interchangeable turret heads are sold separately from Redding.
While specific swap time isn't detailed in the specs, the turret head is designed to be interchangeable, allowing you to pre-load dies into a turret away from the press and then mount it when ready. This eliminates the need to thread and unthread dies every time you change calibers.
