Radian Weapons
The Radian Weapons Ramjet + Afterburner combo is a matched barrel and compensator system engineered to deliver recoil reduction and match-grade accuracy in a compact carry-ready package for Glock 17 Gen 5 shooters. This is a complete solution—a hardened 416R stainless steel Ramjet barrel paired with a hardened stainless steel Afterburner compensator, both finished with Radianite coating for durability and corrosion resistance. The threadless design means you can remove the barrel from the slide without tools whenever you need to clean, and the combo adds just 0.47 inches to your slide length, preserving compatibility with standard G34 holsters.
The system uses Radian's INTRA-LOK mounting—a tapered locking screw that interfaces with an angled V-groove cut into the barrel. Slide the compensator over the barrel insert, tighten the screw, and you're locked in with repeatable timing every time. The Afterburner's angled front face facilitates smooth holstering without snagging. This pairing is optimized for 124-grain and heavier 9mm ammunition, giving you the performance benefit of a dedicated platform tuned to what most carry ammo actually is.
Built for shooters who want measurable recoil management without the bulk of a full-size frame, the Ramjet + Afterburner combo bridges the gap between concealment and shootability. The match-grade barrel and gas-sealing chamber deliver the accuracy you'd expect from dedicated precision components, while the Radianite coating resists erosion from muzzle blast and keeps maintenance minimal. This is a purpose-built upgrade for serious Glock 17 Gen 5 owners.
