Radian Weapons
The Radian Weapons R0323 Extended Bolt Catch is a drop-in upgrade that transforms how you interact with your AR-15's bolt release. If you've ever fumbled to find the bolt catch paddle during a reload or competition stage, or found the factory lever too small for gloved hands, this extended bolt catch addresses those ergonomic frustrations head-on. The enlarged, outward-tilted paddle puts the bolt release exactly where your thumb naturally reaches, making bolt catches faster and more intuitive whether you're running the gun at the range, in a match, or in the field.
Built from heat-treated tool steel and finished with black nitride, the Radian extended bolt catch is engineered for durability and corrosion resistance. The aggressive texturing on the paddle ensures a positive grip even when your hands are wet or you're wearing gloves. At just 0.49 oz., it adds virtually nothing to your rifle's weight or balance while delivering a meaningful improvement to weapon handling and control.
Installation is straightforward—the catch is compatible with forged Mil-Spec receivers and many billet receivers, and the package includes the bolt catch and a spiral roll pin, so you have everything needed to swap it in. It's the kind of small upgrade that pays dividends every time you manipulate your bolt, turning a point of friction into a smooth, intuitive control surface.
