Pearce Grip
The Pearce Grip PG43 is a polymer grip extension built specifically for the Glock 43, designed to solve one of the most common complaints about single-stack 9mm carry guns: that pinky-off-grip feeling. Instead of replacing your magazine or adding weight, this accessory screws onto your existing factory magazine floor plate and extends your grip by approximately 3/4 inch—enough to get all four fingers on the gun without changing capacity or reliability.
Made from high-impact polymer in black finish, the PG43 incorporates Glock's factory texture pattern so it matches your gun's ergonomics and won't slip in your hand during presentation or recoil management. The extension features an ergonomic curve that naturally accommodates your pinky, giving you the control you'd expect from a full-size pistol in a carry-friendly package. It's a straightforward upgrade for shooters who find themselves short a finger on the grip—whether you're running the gun at the range, in a defensive class, or carrying concealed.
Installation is simple: it replaces your magazine floor plate with no gunsmithing required. Leave it on your carry mag, swap it off for your range mags, or run it on all of them. The actual extension length is 0.820 inches, and it won't alter your magazine's feed reliability or capacity. If you've been gripping around the magazine well or using a makeshift pinky ledge, this is the no-fuss solution.
