The Pearce Grip PG19 polymer grip extension is a simple, no-gunsmith way to improve your Glock Gen3 mid or full-size handgun's ergonomics and control. Instead of replacing your magazine, the PG19 extension replaces only the base plate—all other factory components stay put—and adds roughly half an inch of gripping surface without changing magazine capacity. If your Glock has a semi-circular cut-out in the lower front of the grip, the included filler piece lets you install the extension cleanly on any mid or full-size Gen3 model.

Built from high-impact polymer, the PG19 is made to last. It handles temperature swings from -20°F to 350°F and passes drop tests, so it won't fail whether you're training in the desert heat or a cold-weather hunt. The design matches your Glock's lines and texture, keeping that factory look—no aftermarket aesthetic. The extension also makes it easier to grab and extract magazines by hand, and it works with Pearce's Mag-Track system for those who rotate magazines and want to keep them identified.

Installation is straightforward: the PG19 works with full-metal-lined magazines on Gen3 Glock 17, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24, 25, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 37, and 38 models. If you shoot a mid or full-size Glock and want a more comfortable, confident grip without aftermarket clutter, the Pearce Grip PG19 does the job.
