Mossberg
The Mossberg Reserve II 12 gauge over/under shotgun delivers classic reliability in a modern package. Built for hunters and sport shooters who want a versatile 12 gauge that handles everything from upland birds to clay courses, this over/under pairs traditional ergonomics with Mossberg's no-nonsense engineering. The 28-inch ventilated rib barrel strikes the balance most shooters prefer—responsive enough for fast-swinging shots, long enough to pattern shot effectively at distance. With a fixed 14-inch length of pull and weighing in at 7.5 pounds, it shoulders naturally for most frames and won't tire you on a long day afield.
The Reserve II's satin black walnut stock and matte blue barrel finish look purposeful without the gloss that shows every fingerprint. This is a working gun that doesn't demand babying. The single front bead keeps the sight picture simple and instinctive—exactly what you want when birds flush unexpectedly or clays come downrange. At 45 inches overall, the gun is compact enough to navigate brush and vehicle racks while maintaining the sight radius serious shooting demands.
The field choke set includes five interchangeable tubes, giving you flexibility to dial in the right pattern for your quarry and distance. Whether you're optimizing for tight patterns on distance shots or open patterns for close-range work, you've got the tools to match conditions. The 3-inch chamber handles both standard 2.75-inch and magnum loads, so your ammunition options aren't limited.
