Magpul
The Magpul DAKA Grid Organizer for Plano 52" cases is a modular storage solution that replaces foam inserts with a reconfigurable system designed to keep your firearms, optics, ammo, and gear secure and protected during storage and transport. Unlike traditional foam liners that compress, absorb liquids, and leave your equipment shifting inside the case, this grid-based organizer uses interlocking expanded polypropylene (EPP) panels and blocks to create custom compartments that immobilize your gear without tools or cutting.
The system comes with base panels, eight triple blocks, eight double blocks, and replacement base foam, giving you the flexibility to arrange storage for rifles, scopes, ammunition, and accessories however you need. Because the blocks nest together and can be removed and reinstalled in seconds, you can reconfigure the organizer to match different loadouts without any permanent modifications. If you need more space for wider equipment, you can remove a center panel to open up roughly 4.25 inches of width, or carefully cut EPP panels to fit unusual gear shapes—the material maintains its protective properties even after cutting.
EPP construction outperforms traditional foam in several practical ways: it's lighter, won't absorb liquids or chemicals that could contaminate your firearms or optics, and resists impact better by keeping gear firmly in place rather than allowing movement during transport. A quick wipe with a damp cloth cleans away dirt and spills. The DAKA Grid is equally useful for hunting rifles, precision scopes, ammunition, or non-firearm gear like camera equipment or survival supplies, making it a versatile choice for anyone who needs reliable case organization.
