The Maglula LULA magazine loader and unloader for KelTec PMR-30 and CMR-30 .22 WMR magazines takes the pain out of hand-loading rimfire rounds. If you shoot .22 Magnum regularly—whether for hunting small game, plinking, or practice—you know that thumbing rounds into a tight magazine spring can turn your shooting session into a finger-cramping ordeal. This durable polymer loader eliminates that strain while protecting your magazines from the cumulative wear that comes with repeated manual loading.
Built from reinforced black polymer, the LULA is lightweight enough to drop in a range bag or shooting vest pocket, so it's there when you need it. The design works in all weather conditions, making it reliable whether you're at the range in rain or loading up in the field. By reducing direct pressure on magazine feed lips and eliminating thumb pain and repetitive stress, you'll extend the life of your PMR-30 and CMR-30 magazines and actually enjoy the loading process.
Note: .22 WMR rounds have relatively thin case walls, and the rim pressure from a freshly loaded round against the magazine's spring can occasionally cause minor case deformation during loading. This can occur whether you're loading by hand or using a loader. If you notice denting, try ammunition with thicker case walls and consult your ammo manufacturer for guidance. This is a normal characteristic of the cartridge and magazine design, not a flaw in the loader.

Due to the thin case walls of .22 WMR ammunition, minor case deformation can occur from the rim pressure of a freshly loaded round against the magazine's spring force. This can happen during both hand-loading and with magazine loaders. Try using ammunition with thicker case walls, and contact your ammo manufacturer if you have concerns about safety or substantial denting.
Yes. The loader is lightweight and compact enough to fit in a shooting bag, range pack, or vest pocket for easy portability to the range or field.
