Luth-Ar
The LUTH AR 16" Bull Barrel Rifle Kit with Fixed Stock is a complete AR-15 build package designed for shooters who want to assemble their own rifle without sourcing parts individually. This kit includes everything except the stripped lower receiver—all the upper receiver components, lower parts kit, and your choice of stock configuration. Whether you're building your first AR or expanding your collection, this kit streamlines the process by bundling quality components from Luth-Ar in one package.
At its heart is a 16-inch fluted bull barrel chambered in .223 Rem, machined from 416 stainless steel with a 1-9 right-hand twist. The barrel is threaded 1/2 x 28 and topped with an A2 flash hider, ready for suppressors or other muzzle devices. The fluted design reduces weight while maintaining the rigidity of a bull profile—a practical choice for precision shooting or general-purpose rifle duty. The upper assembly includes a fully assembled A3 upper receiver, matched bolt carrier group for .223, rifle-length gas tube, and a .936-diameter gas block. The 15-inch KeyMod palm handguard is vented to shed heat and offers modular attachment points for lights, grips, or rail sections.
You choose between two stock options: the MBA-1 fixed rifle buttstock for a traditional setup, or the MBA-3 adjustable carbine buttstock for shooters who need length-of-pull flexibility. The included LLRPK-1 lower parts kit is chambered in .223/5.56 and contains all the small components needed to complete the lower receiver once you source one separately—Luth-Ar recommends a mil-spec stripped lower for compatibility.
This kit is purpose-built for AR builders who want proven components and a clear bill of materials. No guesswork about compatibility, no hunting for a gas block diameter or flash hider thread pitch—everything is spec'd and ready to go.

You'll need to source a mil-spec stripped lower receiver separately. Once you have that, the kit includes everything else: the assembled upper, barrel, handguard, bolt carrier group, lower parts kit, and your choice of stock. You can then assemble the lower receiver using the included parts kit and mate it to the upper.
Luth-Ar recommends a mil-spec stripped lower receiver for compatibility. The lower parts kit is chambered in .223/5.56, so ensure your lower matches that specification.
The kit comes with your choice of the MBA-1 fixed rifle buttstock or the MBA-3 adjustable carbine buttstock. The fixed stock is traditional and robust; the adjustable stock lets you dial in length-of-pull for different shooting positions or gear setup.
The 16-inch fluted bull barrel and 1-9 twist are compatible with precision shooting, though the 16-inch length is more suited to general-purpose or mid-range work than dedicated long-range builds. The barrel's stainless steel construction and fluting provide good rigidity and heat dissipation for accurate fire.
