The Lee Precision Steel 3-Die Set for 7.62x25mm Tokarev is a straightforward, economical choice for handloaders working with this vintage Eastern Bloc cartridge. Unlike carbide dies, these steel dies require case lubrication during sizing, but that tradeoff keeps the cost down—ideal if you're setting up a 7.62x25 loading bench on a modest budget or you already have a case lube workflow in place. The set handles all three essential steps: full-length sizing, powder charging, and bullet seating, with everything you need to get started included in the box.
The 7.62x25mm Tokarev isn't a mainstream cartridge, so finding dies that work reliably for it matters. This Lee set is purpose-built for the cartridge, with the three-die progression sized specifically for proper case preparation and loaded round assembly. Whether you're reloading for a Tokarev pistol, CZ-52, or other compatible platform, this set gives you the core dies without extra expense.
Lee's reputation in the reloading community rests on no-nonsense functionality and long-term durability. These steel dies will serve you through hundreds of rounds if you follow the lubrication protocol. The included universal shell holder, powder dipper, and load data documentation round out the package, so you're not scrambling to source extras before you can start.

Yes—this die set is sized for 7.62x25mm Tokarev ammunition. It will work with any firearm that chambers that cartridge, including Tokarev pistols, CZ-52s, and other compatible platforms. Always verify your firearm's headstamp and consult the included load data before reloading.
You'll need a reloading press (single-stage, turret, or progressive), case lubricant for steel dies, bullets, powder, primers, and brass cases. The set provides the dies, shell holder, dipper, and load data, but not the consumables or press itself.
Yes—the set includes a universal shell holder that fits most standard reloading presses. It allows you to mount the die set to your press safely and securely.
