The LanTac USA CP-R360-H is a replacement cam pin designed for mil-spec bolt carrier groups in 7.62 NATO and .308 Winchester AR platform rifles. If you're running a standard AR-10 or any modern .308 piston or direct-impingement rifle built to mil-spec tolerances, a quality aftermarket cam pin is a smart wear part to keep on hand. The brass finish on this component provides reliable function and straightforward identification during maintenance or field work.

Cam pins are high-wear items in any semi-automatic rifle—they ride hard against the bolt and carrier during every cycle. A worn or damaged pin can cause carrier tilt, extraction issues, or loss of ignition reliability. Upgrading to a precision-manufactured replacement from a reputable builder like LanTac ensures your rifle cycles smoothly and feeds reliably through thousands of rounds. This pin is engineered to work with any mil-spec bolt carrier group chambered in 7.62, making it a straightforward swap on the range or in the field.

Whether you're building an AR-10, maintaining a service rifle, or keeping spares in your field kit, the LanTac USA cam pin delivers the durability and fit-and-function consistency you expect from a purpose-built component. No guessing, no fitment hassles—just reliable performance in a critical wear surface.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this cam pin fit my AR-10 or .308 rifle?

This pin is designed for mil-spec bolt carrier groups in 7.62 NATO and .308 Winchester. As long as your BCG is mil-spec compatible, this is a direct replacement.

When should I replace my cam pin?

Cam pins are wear items. If you notice carrier tilt, ignition failures, or extraction problems, it's time to check and replace your pin. Many shooters swap them as routine maintenance on high-round-count rifles or during upper receiver rebuilds.

What's the difference between this brass finish and standard phosphate?

The brass finish makes the pin visually distinct during field stripping and cleaning—you'll spot it instantly during maintenance. Function is consistent with mil-spec tolerances; the finish is primarily for identification and corrosion resistance.
