Lantac
The Lantac Dragon muzzle brake with Dead Air KeyMo QD suppressor mount combines precision recoil management with the flexibility of quick-detach suppressor compatibility. Built for shooters who demand both controllability and modularity, the Dragon brake uses a patented Short Energy Pulse system designed to prevent recoil impulses from stacking—a critical advantage when firing rapidly or running a rifle on full auto. By controlling muzzle rise and spreading recoil energy, the Dragon keeps your shot group tight when it matters most, whether you're training at the range, hunting, or running a precision rifle.
Lantac manufactures the Dragon on Swiss lathes from AISI 4140 steel, hardened to 48–52 Rockwell C, then nitrided to AMS 2753D standards. That process—called QPQ (Quench Polish Quench)—yields a finish that resists corrosion far better than plain steel, extending the life of your brake in harsh field conditions. The mount is fully licensed from Dead Air, so attaching any Dead Air Sandman suppressor via the KeyMo interface won't compromise your suppressor warranty. A timing shim set is included, making installation straightforward.
The Dragon comes in two configurations: a 5.56×45mm / .223 version with 1/2-28 UNEF threading, and a 7.62×51mm / .308 variant with 5/8-24 UNEF threading. Both are compact (2.76 inches long) and lightweight, and each is serial-numbered for quality control. If you're building or upgrading a modern rifle and want the recoil control of a quality brake paired with suppressor modularity, the Lantac Dragon delivers the precision engineering and real-world performance that serious shooters expect.

The Dragon's mount is fully licensed from Dead Air and compatible with the Dead Air Sandman suppressor line. Because the mount design is officially licensed, your suppressor warranty remains unaffected when used with this brake.
The Lantac Dragon is available in two calibers: 5.56×45mm / .223 (model DGN556B-DA with 1/2-28 UNEF threading) and 7.62×51mm / .308 (model DGN762B-DA with 5/8-24 UNEF threading). Choose the model that matches your rifle's barrel thread pitch.
Yes. Each brake includes a timing shim set to help ensure proper alignment and installation on your barrel.
The Dragon is hardened to 48–52 Rockwell C and then QPQ nitrided to AMS 2753D standards. This process significantly improves corrosion resistance and extends the service life of the brake compared to untreated steel, making it suitable for harsh field conditions.
