Icarus Precision
The Icarus Precision A.C.E. 365 X-Macro grip module transforms your SIG P365 X-Macro with the same accuracy-enhancing ergonomics Icarus brings to full-size platforms, now engineered for SIG's most capable micro-compact. Built from billet 7075 aluminum, this grip delivers the contact surface and control feedback you need for defensive shooting, whether you're breaking in a new carry gun or upgrading an existing platform.
The X-Macro module's re-engineered geometry prioritizes what matters: a longer length of pull that accommodates a wider range of hand sizes, a pronounced Memory Bump or Razor Back swell that nestles into your hand's natural pocket, and an aggressively textured diamond surface on the left and right panels for sure purchase in all conditions. The beavertail is narrowed and flipped to guide your hand high on the grip for immediate master-grip acquisition—no fumbling, no reset.
Where this grip really shines is the reload. The 360-degree flared mag well funnels magazines from virtually any angle, whether you're reloading from concealment, at awkward retention, or under stress. Ambidextrous thumb ledges and expanded grip dimensions provide both hands the feedback and real estate to shoot and move with confidence. The elevated finger notch follows Icarus's ELITE series design, while the integrated Picatinny rail keeps you set up for lights, lasers, or other mounting needs.
Designed to work flush with OEM, Icarus, or other aftermarket slides running the 3.7-inch barrel, this module is built specifically for OEM P365 X-Macro magazines. It's a no-compromise upgrade for shooters who refuse to sacrifice ergonomics just because they chose a gun that fits in a pocket.

No. The Icarus A.C.E. 365 X-Macro grip module is designed specifically for use with OEM P365 X-Macro magazines. It will not function with standard P365 magazines.
Yes. The grip module is designed to be flush-fit with OEM, Icarus, and other aftermarket slides chambered in 3.7-inch barrel length.
The full 360-degree flared mag well creates a funnel shape that guides your magazine into the well from extreme angles—upside down, from the side, at odd retention positions—for faster reloads when precision grip angle isn't an option.
The longer length of pull on the X-Macro module is designed to work for a wide variety of hand sizes, making it accessible to most shooters. The Memory Bump swell accommodates natural hand geometry regardless of whether you run a smaller or larger palm.
