Icarus Precision
The Icarus Ace 365 SXG Macro is a steel frame grip module built for shooters who want full-size control in a compact carry package. Designed to work with SIG P365 Macro and P365 platforms, this frame transforms your subcompact into a gun that handles like a much larger pistol—without the bulk. If you've felt that a pocket-sized P365 slides too easily in recoil or feels cramped in your hand, the steel construction and thoughtful ergonomics of the Ace SXG Macro deliver the weight and mitigation that make a real difference at the range or in a defensive scenario.
Built from 17-4 stainless steel with an H900 condition heat treat, the Ace SXG Macro frame uses a proven recoil lug system to handle the forces that come with a steel-framed pistol. The grip itself features a double undercut trigger guard for high, secure hand placement, and the rear backstrap includes a subtle memory bump to help you find your grip consistently. Texturing is dialed back compared to other aggressive grip options, giving you control without tearing up your hands or holster during all-day carry.
The frame accepts both P365 Macro (3.7") and standard P365 (3.1") slides—just note that a P365 3.1" slide will require a compensator to cycle reliably with this frame. Magazine compatibility is straightforward: it accepts Macro 17-round and 21-round magazines. The frame is also compatible with OEM SIG AXG magwell upgrades and grip panels, so you can customize the look and feel to your preference. Most OEM SIG AXG holsters will work with this frame, though you should verify fit before carrying.
One detail to know: the Ace SXG Macro ships without a magazine release, and it works best with standard P365 non-Macro style releases. If you're upgrading from a standard P365 grip module, this swap is straightforward and gives you a chance to dial in your setup exactly as you want it.

Yes, the frame accepts both P365 Macro (3.7\") and standard P365 (3.1\") slides. However, if you use a standard P365 3.1\" slide, you'll need a compensator to ensure reliable cycling. The frame accepts Macro 17-round and 21-round magazines and works best with standard P365 non-Macro style magazine releases.
The frame is compatible with most OEM SIG AXG holsters. We recommend verifying fit with your specific holster before relying on it for carry, as some models may have tighter tolerances.
The frame ships without a magazine release. If you're upgrading from a standard P365 grip module, you can use your existing standard P365 non-Macro style release, or purchase one separately. The frame is compatible with OEM SIG AXG grip panels and magwell upgrades, which are sold separately.
The steel construction adds significant weight compared to a polymer grip module, which helps absorb recoil energy and reduces felt recoil. This results in better control and faster target reacquisition, especially useful for faster shooting or follow-up shots. The trade-off is added weight in your carry gun—the steel frame makes the P365 handle more like a full-size pistol in hand.
