Hornady
If you're pushing .338 Lapua Magnum loads to their potential, you need a full-length sizer die that respects your brass—and your groups. The Hornady Match Grade Full-Length Sizer Die for .338 Lapua Mag is built for handloaders who understand that case preparation and consistent sizing are where precision begins. Match Grade dies give you the control serious long-range and match shooters demand, with engineering that lets you dial in neck tension instead of guessing.
The core advantage here is the interchangeable self-centering neck sizing bushings. These let you right-size your case necks without over-working the brass, which matters because over-sized necks introduce runout, inconsistent bullet seating, and ultimately, shot-to-shot variation. The tight tolerances in a Match Grade die stack up to tighter tolerances at the press—and that translates downrange into groups that show the difference between so-so ammo and hand-tuned precision ammunition.
Built for benchrest, long-range hunting, and competitive rifle applications where every tenth of a second matters as much as every tenth of an inch, this is the die you grab when accuracy is non-negotiable. If you're already investing in .338 Lapua Mag brass and components, the Match Grade approach pays for itself in tighter groups and longer brass life.
