Forster
The Forster Products Inc Ultra Micrometer Seater Die for 6.5 PRC gives precision reloaders the control they need to dial in consistent, repeatable bullet seating depth. Built on Forster's reputation for quality, this micrometer seater die combines traditional bench rest seating features with fine-adjustment capability—letting you fine-tune your loads and switch between different bullets without losing your zero. If you're chasing sub-MOA groups or optimizing your 6.5 PRC for competition or long-range hunting, this die removes guesswork from the seating process.
Every Forster die starts with high-quality steel, carefully machined to tight tolerances and hand polished before and after heat treatment. The result is a die that holds its dimensions and finishes your brass consistently, round after round. The signature Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring—which tightens from both ends of the split ring rather than into the die threads—distributes pressure evenly and protects the die from damage.
What sets the Ultra Micrometer Seater apart is its precision adjustment mechanism. You can dial seating depth in increments as small as .0005 inch, and the micrometer lets you record and repeat your exact setting whenever you swap bullets. This makes it easy to test different projectiles, load weights, or seating lengths without constant re-measurement or fumbling with your die height. For handloaders who demand consistency—whether you're loading match ammo, hunting rounds, or just chasing tighter groups—this die pays for itself in saved time and improved accuracy.
Designed specifically for 6.5 PRC brass and bullets, this is a centerfire rifle die built for the handloader who views ammunition as a precision instrument, not a commodity.
