Forster
The Forster Products 277 Fury full length bench rest die set is built for reloaders who demand consistency and precision with every round. This two-die set pairs a full length sizing die with Forster's bench rest seater die—the core tooling both new reloaders and experienced hunters rely on to produce repeatable, match-grade ammunition. Forster's reputation for tight tolerances and meticulous hand polishing makes this set a solid choice whether you're working up loads for a hunting rifle or fine-tuning for the range.
Each die in this set is machined from premium steel and hand polished before and after heat treatment to ensure a superior finish and long service life. The sizing die incorporates Forster's exclusive E-Z case neck expander system, which helps maintain the concentricity that serious reloaders demand. The bench rest seater die delivers the precision needed to seat bullets consistently, shot after shot. Both dies work with Forster's Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring—a design that tightens both ends of the split ring rather than screwing directly into the die threads, providing secure, repeatable die positioning in your press.
This full length die set is the foundation for 277 Fury handloading. A full length sizer prepares fired brass to exact tolerances and is the standard choice for bolt action rifles used in hunting and target shooting. If you're stepping into reloading for the 277 Fury or upgrading to more precise tooling, Forster's bench rest quality delivers the control and durability that keep your ammunition performing predictably.

Yes. Forster full length two-die sets are the standard choice for reloaders new to the hobby. A full length sizing die prepares fired brass properly for most bolt action rifles, and this set includes everything needed to resize and seat bullets for consistent ammunition production.
Forster bench rest dies are manufactured to tighter tolerances and hand polished before and after heat treatment to achieve a superior finish. This level of craftsmanship supports the concentricity and precision that serious reloaders need for match-grade ammunition. The exclusive E-Z case neck expander system in the sizing die also helps maintain consistent case dimensions.
The Forster Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring is an alternative to screw-in locking rings. It tightens both ends of the split ring simultaneously, which securely locks the die in your press while reducing the risk of damaging die threads. This design promotes repeatable die positioning from one session to the next.
This set uses standard 7/8" x 14 TPI threads, which fit most common reloading presses. Confirm your press accepts standard die threads before ordering. We recommend checking your press manual or contacting us if you're unsure about compatibility.
