Forster
The Forster Products Full Length Sizing Die for 6.5 PRC is purpose-built for handloaders who demand consistency and precision from their reloading setup. This full length sizing die is the foundation of a complete reloading die set, designed to work alongside Forster's Bench Rest seater die to produce concentric, properly-formed rounds for your 6.5 PRC rifle. Whether you're loading for a custom long-range rig or a factory bolt gun, a quality sizing die is non-negotiable for case longevity and chamber safety.
Forster manufactures these dies from premium steel and machines each one to exacting tolerances. The die receives hand polishing both before and after heat treatment—a labor-intensive step that ensures durability and smooth operation every time you run a case through it. The included E-Z case neck expander system is a Forster exclusive that simplifies the sizing process while maintaining tight neck dimensions. The signature Cross Bolt Die Locking Ring tightens both ends of the split ring rather than threading directly into the die itself, protecting the die threads and providing solid, repeatable lockdown in your press.
Full length sizing is the standard choice for hunters, field shooters, and target competitors alike. It resizes the case body and neck to SAAMI specification, allowing your reloads to chamber reliably in multiple rifles if needed and extending case life through proper support in the chamber. If you're building a reloading setup for 6.5 PRC—or adding to an existing one—this Forster sizing die delivers the control and repeatability that separates handloaded ammo from mediocre production rounds.

Yes. A complete full length reloading setup requires both a sizing die (to resize the case body and neck) and a seater die (to seat the bullet). Forster offers this sizing die as part of their two-die Bench Rest set that includes the matching seater die.
The E-Z case neck expander is a Forster exclusive system built into the sizing die. It expands the case neck to accept the bullet while maintaining tight, consistent neck dimensions—helping you produce more concentric reloads.
Forster reloading dies are engineered to work in standard reloading presses. However, always confirm compatibility with your specific press before purchase, and follow the manufacturer's instructions for proper setup and use.
Forster full length sizing dies are designed for use in bolt action and semi-automatic rifles chambered in 6.5 PRC. This is a full length sizing die, not a National Match die, so it follows standard headspace specifications rather than the tighter tolerances of match dies.
