Forster
The Forster Bushing Bump Neck Sizing Die Kit for 260 Rem puts precision neck sizing in your hands—literally. If you're loading match-grade ammunition or hunting rounds where consistent neck tension matters, this die kit gives you the control that one-size-fits-all dies simply can't deliver. The hand-polished sizing die is caliber-specific and pairs with three pre-selected bushings, each machined to a smooth internal finish, so you can dial in exactly the amount of sizing pressure your brass needs without over-working it.
Forster's bushing system is straightforward: swap bushings to adjust how much the die squeezes the neck of your cartridge. More control over neck tension means more consistent seating pressure, more uniform bullet runout, and ultimately tighter groups. Whether you're a precision rifle competitor, a long-range hunter, or someone who simply refuses to shoot sloppy ammunition, this is the kind of detail that separates good reloads from great ones.
The kit includes everything you need to get started: the die itself and three bushings hand-selected by Forster's staff. You're not guessing at bushing sizes or buying them separately—the work is done for you based on what works best for the 260 Rem chamber. If you already run Forster dies, you know the quality. If you're new to bushing-bump sizing, this kit is the accessible way to step up your brass preparation game.
| Caliber | 260 Rem |
| Product Type | Bushing Bump Neck Sizing Die Kit |
| Included Components | 1 Sizing Die, 3 Bushings |
| Bushing Material | Precision Machined Steel |
| Die Finish | Hand-Polished |
Bushing-bump sizing lets you control how tightly the die grips your case neck by swapping bushings. A standard die sizes the entire neck uniformly; the bushing approach gives you options to adjust neck tension without buying multiple dies. This is especially valuable for precision rifle work where consistency matters.
No. The bushings drop into the die body. You're swapping them to adjust sizing pressure—no additional tools or presses required beyond what you already use for reloading.
The kit includes one hand-polished sizing die for 260 Rem and three bushings that Forster's staff have pre-selected for this caliber. The bushings are ready to use out of the box.
This is a standard reloading die that operates like any other sizing die in a single-stage or progressive press. No specialized press is required.
