Eylar
The Eylar 38" hard rifle case with RAGAR foam insert is built for hunters, shooters, and travelers who need dependable protection for their firearms. At 38 inches long with rugged hard-shell construction, this case accommodates most rifle configurations and is sized to meet TSA requirements for secure transport. The standout feature is the RAGAR reconfigurable foam system—instead of a static foam cavity, you get modular foam pieces you can remove and rearrange to fit your specific rifle's profile, optics, and accessories. If you upgrade your scope or add rails and attachments, reconfigure the foam to protect your new setup without buying a replacement case.
The case delivers serious waterproofing with IP67 protection rated for full submersion up to one meter, sealed by a rubber gasket that keeps moisture, dust, and humidity out. Inside, you'll find three layers of protective foam: the RAGAR reconfigurable pad on top, a solid foam layer underneath, and an egg-crate foam base for impact absorption. Two padlock-adaptable fittings let you secure the case at home, in your vehicle, or at the range. A pressure equalization valve prevents lid seal problems from altitude or temperature swings—especially useful if you're traveling with your rifle or storing the case in a garage or attic.
This is a roller case, so you can move it around without hauling dead weight, and it's built to last with a limited lifetime warranty. Whether you're heading to a multi-day hunt, flying to an out-of-state range trip, or storing your rifle safely at home, the Eylar 38" case gives you the flexibility to protect whatever configuration you're running today and adapt it as your gear evolves.
