The EoTech PRS QD Cantilever 30mm Ring Mount is a quick-detach scope mount engineered for shooters who demand both solid repeatability and fast optical changes. Built as a cantilever-style 30mm ring mount with extra-high (37mm) scope clearance, this black-finished accessory sits securely on Picatinny and Weaver rails, making it compatible with most modern rifle platforms. If you're running a precision rifle setup, hunting optic, or a dedicated range gun where you might swap scopes or want reliable co-witness with backup iron sights, this EoTech mount delivers the height and quick-release functionality that separates efficient setups from improvised ones.
The quick-detach lever is where this mount earns its place on your rifle. An adjustable locking mechanism lets you remove and reattach your scope with confidence that it'll return to zero—critical for hunters switching between hunting and scouting optics, or competitive shooters rotating gear between matches. The cantilever design positions your scope forward of the ring, giving you the clearance needed for large objective bells or turrets without interference, while the extra-high profile works on rifles with tall actions or AR platforms where lower mounts would crowd your charging handle or sights.
EoTech's reputation in optics-mounting hardware is built on getting the details right: solid construction, repeatable attachment, and zero loss of precision. This mount is no exception—it's built for operators who aren't interested in re-zeroing after a mount change. Whether you're setting up a modern hunting rifle, a precision .308, or a dedicated range gun, this is the kind of accessory that disappears into your setup because it just works.
| Ring Diameter | 30mm |
| Mount Height | Extra High (37mm) |
| Rail Compatibility | Picatinny / Weaver |
| Mount Type | Cantilever |
| Quick-Detach | Yes |
| Finish | Black |
The EoTech PRS QD mount is compatible with any rifle equipped with a Picatinny or Weaver rail, including modern AR platforms, bolt-action hunting rifles, and precision rifles with standard top rails.
Yes. The adjustable locking quick-detach lever is designed to return your scope to zero when reattached, which is the core function of a quality QD mount. However, zero repeatability depends on proper installation and lever adjustment.
Extra-high mounts provide clearance for large objective bells, raised turrets, or tall actions where standard-height rings would interfere. They're also commonly used on AR platforms to achieve better co-witness with backup iron sights or to clear tall charging handles.
No. This is a 30mm ring mount and is designed for 30mm scope tubes only.
